BRIERLEY INVESTMENTS Ltd is offering shareholders of Amoil NZ Ltd 19.7 cents per share, and Mining and Property Investments Ltd Shareholders will get 24.6 cents per share in a takeover deal revealed by the Wellington-based investor yesterday.
