INDUSTRIAL Equity Ltd is to make a takeover offer to acquire all of the ordinary capital of Acrow Australia Ltd at a price of $A1.45 a share, chairman Ron Brierley said yesterday.The offer will be made by a subsidiary of Industrial Equity Ltd.
