THE six month long takeover battle between Industrial Equity Ltd and Noske Industries Ltd is drawing to a close. In a joint statement yesterday IEL chairman, Mr R. A. Brierley and Noske counterpart, Mr G. H. Bishop said IEL would withdraw its offer and is
