Industrial Equity Ltd will sell Mcllwraith McEacharn Ltds 37.5 per cent stake in Bulkships Ltd if its bid for Mcllwraith is successful. IEL is bidding $3 a share for 50 per cent of Mcllwraith and currently holds around 18 per cent.
