Mavrino Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Industrial Equity Ltd, is making a takeover bid for shares not presently held in ISAS (NSW) Ltd. Consideration offered is $1.25 a share. ISAS shares closed at $1.05 on the Sydney Exchange yesterday.
