INDUSTRIAL Equity Ltd is making another takeover offer for Sydney-based Bowling Centres (Holdings) Ltd this time at $1 cash a share. The offer, which is being made through subsidiary Atlas Securities Pty Ltd, values the company at $1.94 million.
