The Sydney Stock Exchange Ltd has “reluctantly” reached a compromise with Industrial Equity Ltd (IEL) and its subsidiary Conquip Sales Pty Ltd over Conquips 27.6 percent stake in the meat processor and smallgoods group Hutton’s Ltd.
