A CLUTCH of Victorian grocers backed by the ANZ Banking Group and Colonial Mutual Assurance have, through Composite Buyers Pty Ltd, acquired the long-established food wholesaling interests of Industrial Equity-controlled Nathan Blight Pty Ltd.
