Industrial Equity Ltd is extracting $7 million in cash from 55 per cent owned Southern Farmers Group Ltd by selling it G. and R. Wills (Holdings) Ltd.Southern Farmers will pay the $7 million and issue 2million shares to IEL to buy all Wills shares.
